A professional certification program based on HHC's seven-stage RESTORE™ Healing Framework. Training focuses on understanding trauma and its impact, recognizing trauma responses, establishing psychological safety, emotional regulation, trauma-informed communication, resilience-building, supportive facilitation, safeguarding, ethical boundaries, and appropriate referral pathways. The program prepares participants for nonclinical trauma-informed support and facilitation within their professional scope of practice.

Across all three programs, the Institute intends to deliver structured, competency-based education through interactive instruction, practical exercises, case studies, guided reflection, mentorship, and measurable learning assessments.

The Institute's objective is to equip young people, professionals, and community leaders with practical competencies that promote personal development, effective leadership, emotional wellbeing, stronger families, and healthier communities throughout Sint Maarten and the wider Caribbean.
